For the past 6 to 7 years I have struggled with intense fear and panic/anxiety like symptoms that started when I was about 22 years old. I will constantly worry and agonize and obsess over one thing after another all day every day, with my mind jumping from one subject to the next. My illness will also warp my perception of reality and make me feel like every things hopeless and ruined in the world and in my life and make me feel like there's no reason to live anymore.

And since I got this illness, even the littlest thing that would normally only bother someone a small out makes me freak out and panic and blow it up out of proportion. I also have a hard time being able to focus and think clearly and process and analyze information. when I'm faced with a task that requires focus I find my brain unable to react in a normal way that would allow me to do it. This has made it hard to find jobs that I am able to do. Currently I am having to live on federal disability because of it. I have always had attention deficit disorder, but this inability to process information and think clearly is a new thing that started when the rest of the symptoms started at age 22.

Soon after these symptoms started I also developed full blown psychosis symptoms, consisting of hearing voices and having delusions and having a warped perception of reality. I got on clozaril which is an anti psychotic and it got rid of most of the symptoms, except the fear and panic/hopelessness and trouble processing information. I hear the early to mid 20s is usually when psychosis symptoms start happening in people, and that's when it started with me. I have tried all kinds of medications from other antipsychotics to anti anxiety meds and all other ones I could think of, but the symptoms persist. I am wanting to pinpoint what exactly is wrong and what my brain is doing and how to fix it so I can have my quality of life back, since meds and all other treatments so far haven't worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well i think that fear afects you very much and become more powerful every day .To stop it you must practice autosugestion every day by repeating oposite ideea every day .Start repeating for yourself in your mind next afirmation : I am very courageos person .You must repeat 5 minutes before you sleep and also 5 minutes imedialty after you wake up and in the middle of the day also .Its very important to repet it with emotions because subconstient can be maniopulated with emotions and be persistent make this a daily ritual
