Hi, I am a social work major in college. We each had to subscribe to an online chat room that is social work related and preferably personally related as well. I chose this chat room because my mother and sister both deal with anxiety and i hope to learn from everyone on here!

Hy glad to meet you here .As an advice for you its to learn as much as you can about mind and read personal development ,motivational etc .This will give you confidence in you and you will reprogram yourself in a positive way
