Hey all I had another two panic attacks this weekend which led to me having to rely more on my Klonopin than I really like to. My panic attacks ocurred during two social gatherings. So it more or less was brought on by my social phobia nobody no I was having the attacks even my hubby so I just rode them out and continued with the evening but riding these attacks out was so internally painful and drainage. I hate having relapses but I think as long as I understand that they are relapses and I continue to push forward I will alright.
