I live a few miles from where the major bridge collapsed yesterday. I had to drive home from work in total chaos and mayhem Reminiscent of 9/11. I was in gridlock with emergency vehicles all over, lights flashing, sirens stinging my ears. I was totally paniced. It was so scary. Thank god I had a xanax in my purse or I don't think I would have made it.

Then, my uncle died yesterday as well. I just found out today.

Fight with my ex, sucks.

f$%^ what to do what to do.

I am stopping lamictal because I am having skin issues on my chest and face. my pdoc did not think they was anything to to worry about, but they are very unsightly! My head feels all crazy weird.

crap. <font color="#880000"> </font>

I am just now grasping the magnutide of this....I feel so selfish for thinking about myself when there are people who are missing still in the mississippi....they are now calling it a "recovery" not resucue. This is all happening right out my window.

Sweetheart.....just because something horrible happens in others lives doesn't mean you are selfish for what you are going through in your life. Your life doesn't stop for that tragedy hon. It compounds your feelings I know.

There is room for you to go through your own issues and at the same time feel badly for those who are affected by the tragedy. You are not being selfish.

((((((((((((((((((((((((((( jennifer ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I hope you feel better soon!

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's amazing how many bad things can happen in such a close time.

I live here in Minneapolis as well... That day I went from a nice date to gasping as I watched in horror at what was happening from a small footbridge near the site. It's truly awful... but we're Minnesotans, so we're tough, right? I mean, we put up with those harsh winters and humid summers, so we can pull through. At least the death toll was lower than expected, though it's still terrible for all those people who were killed or injured...
