We all go through so much suffering and pain everyday. Regular people with regular problems would never understand what fear really is. Fear, Anxiety, Depression, loneliness, hopelessness, We endure it all. Everyday. Which isnt easy at all. But we do it. I dont know how we do it, We do it. I believe our capacity for endurance is our greatest strength. We all need to acknowledge that. Most times, People look at us, judge us, label us as weak. Sometimes we assume theyre correct. But its far from the truth. I think its about time, we realise that we have this amazing power of endurance inside us, which somehow keeps us going through everything life throws at us and it will alway be there for us no matter what comes. Never let people, or your mind tell you that you're weak.

It is a hell of a thing, to go through periods of terror, knowing whats coming before it gets there. Telling yourself you'll make it as it gets worse, holding on to the hope it will subside like the last time. There is no doubt we have strength. And I agree about our fear being incomprehensible to those without mental illness.

I agree it takes a vast amount of inner strength to keep on going. One foot in front of the other. Making it through. Hoping it will be better tomorrow.

My mom told me one day "you are the strongest person I know" and I was appalled by that statement. When we are going through really, really rough times, we don't think of ourselves as strong, only very weak. (at least, I do).
At the end of the day, we are undeniably strong.
