I have been in crisis for 6 months, due to all the health & psychological conditions I have which are out of control right now, due to extreme anxiety
I have severe acid reflux, irritable bowel & interstitial Cysitis. All of these make it to painful to eat hardly anything. I've lost 50 lbs & weigh as much as I did in junior high. I'm very weak, can barely function with my medications & my nurse is extremely worried.
I'm on disability and pay a Medicaid Spend-down for my in-Home Health Nurse & In-Home Health aid, which puts me at the poverty level.
Along with The Acid Reflux, Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel, Interstitial Cysitis, Arthritis, Chronic Insomnia, Bipolar, mainly depression, Panic & Anxiety Attacks, Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; & Chronic Dental problems due to genetics, severe dry mouth & acid. I have suicidal thoughts when I'm going to lose a tooth & have anxiety & panic attacks over dental work. I have to get rides to Another town, because Medicaid Transportation is so unreliable. This has added to the stress of 6 months.

The Mental Health Organization I have belonged to for 18 years was a great support for 16 years. They got a new director & supervisors. But for the last 6 months I got switched from my case worker & team. They have been abusive, unhelpful, don't return calls & refuse when I've asked for help. I've been in major crisis & make it very clear, but no one listens. I'm at the end of my rope. My in-home health nurse took me to the hospital ER & went to those in charge. I don't think they'll change.

I'm in extreme pain for the acid reflux. The klonopin doesn't work any more. The hospital put me on Lorazapam 2 mg.

The GI nurse practitioner says the anxiety causes the acid reflux pain.

Reading on my kindle use to help but the pain is too much. So thankful for my emotional support cat. I love him so much.

Help
