I am very much into fitness, but I eat a lot because it soothes my anxiety. I'm by no means overweight but I have a little extra around my middle. I know I consume too many calories (I burn them off though)
Anyone here who can relate and offer advice. I feel like this issue hinders me from having the physique I'd like. It doesnt help that my posture is lousy. lol |
