Is it weird that caffeine actually brings down my anxiety?

Maybe it's like how Ritalin works or something?
It's does the opposite for me. I had to cut way back a few yrs ago. Still love that first cup in the morning but, now it's 50/50 or decaf.

Yeah, maybe. Adderall also works for my anxiety and that's partially caffeine based. I guess it makes sense.

Caffeine helps with my social anxiety sometimes and helps me be a bit more focused and conversational. You can say that it brings me up to other people's extraversion level for a while, but when the drug wears off, I can fall into a mini depression that can be pretty mentally painful for a few hours or until I sleep it off. Taking my Seroquel early enough can help soften the blow and miss the worst of it by falling asleep early.

Not at all in my opinion. Caffeine actually calms my body down to point of falling asleep if i sit or lay down.

Sincerely i think cofeine dont help but its my case ,maybe in yours help as every body its diferent
