I'm sorry you're feeling anxious. Sometimes it is a mystery where it comes from isn't it?

Maybe some relaxation techniques would help? There is a free guided imagery at this site that you can do right at your computer. It is very beautiful and relaxing. It says it is 20 minutes, but honestly those 20 minutes go so fast while you are relaxing through the guided imagery. It's fun too. Here's the site: www.meditainment.com and the guided imagery is called Secret Garden. I love it and hope you will too.

I'm so glad you liked it jinny!!

That's a nice thing about relaxation techniques: if you do them regularly, they help keep the adrenaline level down, so if something comes along that might raise it, it doesn't spike it up sky high.

Besides, they just feel so good!

Here's another site I have purchased from, including Stress Busters. I like their stuff too. www.wholeperson.com

Somehow I don't think that anxiety comes for no reason. When I can take the time to query my own mind, my own anxiety, I find reasons.
