I am sad right now, because This phneumonia is revving my anxiety. I havent had a panic attack, but I feel scared every second. My grandpa died of phneumonia, and I am scared scared scared. I cannot wait to be better so my anxiety can get off its high horse.

Oh, that has to be hard. I know when I had my ear/balance problems my stepmother got anxious since my mother died from a brain tumor so my stepmother was quizzing the heck out of my father as I was about the age my mother had been when she got ill/died.
Anything you can do differently than what happened to your grandfather that might reassure you you're "different"?

i hear ya it sucks i don't get panic attacks maybe if my anxiety is beyond agitated but i'm always scared 24 / 7 hang in there you will be ok

Awww, Balish, I'm so sorry. I know when I get sick I immediately think I'm dying. My anxiety peaks and my mood plummets. I just lay there feeling doomed and helpless.

Thanks all! Perna, well my grandfather preferred not to see doctors too much. Im guessing he was sick and didnt bother to see one at all. He was found on his couch, and he obviously was sick and had no appetite as he had a plate full of ribs and peaches. This breaks my heart. So thinking about a disease that can be so unforgiving is naturally a mood killer.
