I feel for you as I've gone through experiences like this too. Sometimes a warm bath and then something distracting and fun helps me. What has worked for you in past?

Thank you, for your reply! I'm sorry that you've had to go through this as well...

I've taken an Atarax... I hope it'll help. Besides that nothing really works... more than trying to watch my breathing.

I can relate to your feelings! I hope you are feeling some better. I am trying meditation, just sitting in a room with comfortable clothes on and concentrating on my breathing. I will keep you in my thoughts.
