I have Anxiety and Depression and recently my anxiety has got worst. Especially socially.

I normally go out every Thursday regardless of who else is out but recently I've been only going if most of the usual group of people I stick with are there. I don't attend other social events or go out on other nights unless I'm with my sister or brother.

I tend too feel intimidated and scared when out without my closer freinds or relatives. It's stopping me from meeting new people or getting too know others more. Also I avoid starting conversations best I can.

I've tried too fight it but it's becoming really hard and where as I was genuinely in control of my anxiety before the anxiety is starting to control me.
