3:30am....up an hour ago after only two hours sleep....

I was up early too after about 2 hours sleep. Feeling tired now but got to get through the stressful work day ahead.

I don't get the concept of drinking a cup of fluid prior to bed (cause of the peeing factor)...but I have drank Chamomile during the day and it does bring a type of ease over me. ![]()

When I smoke my medical MJ,I pace a lot,drove my dog crazy
Had to quit cause I wore out my shoes. Now I go barefoot ,kinda like a Monkey. I need a banana. ![]() |

There is a frigin AWESOME sleep aide I use that is natural and I have had chronic insomnia for over 2 years...but this helps me fall asleep FAST and when I wake up to pee my 2-3 times...I usually fall back to sleep fast.
OLLY Restful Sleep look it up its in the pharmacy..about 15 bucks. Gummy bears taste good. THEY WORK. I get mine at CVS. And a couple of times that I had trouble falling back asleep when I first started taking them I just chewed 1 more gummy...pretty harmless..pretty amazing.

it's only 7pm and i've been pacing since noon. According to my pedometer i've got over 25,000 steps in so far and im not done yet.....i usually stop when its time for bed.

Do you go out to walk or do you pace around the house? I used to have a terrible time with agitation. I'd wake up and wouldn't be able to keep still. Eventually they gave me low dose olanzepine which seemed to do the trick after one dose

Used to be on benzos (ativan) and paxil years ago....I started developing a benzo addiction and had to quit.....Paxil had side effects I wasn't willing to deal with.
I use homeopathy, herbs, and teas to calm down. So far so good. |

I don't always pace due to anxiety.....Sometimes its just for light exercise and helps me sleep, even when I feel fine..

Well you'll be fit and healthy anyway! I should really think about moving more myself especially as I want to lose weight.
If your into natural remedies maybe try some mindful meditation. It apparently helps to calm the brain

Pacing for several days. I average 20,000 steps a day. I call it my comfort zone. Its how I cope with anxiety.
