I'm seeing someone tomorrow to discuss my employment options.
I'm feeling really nervous about this meeting. I just always get nervous when I have to deal with people! I'm scared of being seen.. What if they don't like or even laugh at what I've thought I want to do in my life? Well, then I can get a 'second opinion'.. I also always just worry about people.. What if they're nasty! But then I can leave.. See someone else and maybe even make a complaint about the first person. I also feel it's important I go to these meetings despite being nervous, so that if everything goes well I can 'gather' those good experiences to maybe become less nervous and scared in the future.. ![]() Pheew.. I feel I just need to share my nervousness to take the edge off it. Thanks for putting up with me! ![]() |

I know just how you feel! It's so scary meeting new people. I had to go for and interview to meet a new roommate and I was so nervous!
But I let her know how I felt and she mentioned she was too, and after that everything just became more genuine. 😊. I tend to trust those who are shy and anxious more because it means they actually care about how the Other person feels. They want to make a good impression. It's a good thing, in a way. But it can feel horrible going through the emotions themselves. Godspeed on your interview! 💜💙💚. |
