I have been exploring with my T what the feeling of anxiety is vs. anger, fear, etc. Anxiety is not a feeling we can have when we are here in the present she says. It's a physiological response in our bodies triggered by memories or other stimuli . So, I am an infant learning about all of this stuff. Trying to learn to turn my thinking into more helpful statements for me. Hope this makes sense. I am working so hard and am trying to do whatever I can to feel better. My art is happening again. So cool. Good sign. Finished the horse I started a few days ago because I got mohair today. Gave it to the woman who gave me a large bag of mohair. Anyway, just trying to understand.
