I have not read through all the replies but will say this anyway.... I was having major flooding waves of anxiety that would get the heart racing and then I would go into a panic attack.... the doc prescribed me something that people use before doing public speaking,
generally it takes away the racing heart.... I found although this didn’t change the anxiety feeling it meant I didn’t go into a panick attack.... it basically stopped the cycle of panic I was in and only took it for a short time. I’d go back to it if the panick attacks started up again. It’s called proponal.... worth mentioning as a possible help but of course talk to your doctor about it. |
