I work at pharmacy-retail store. I sent a message at 4 am, because I am awake from noon till late night.
The message was a response to a request by our manager to submit our shift schedules.
I didn't think this through enough to now have anxiety - "What if some co-workers wake up from the message and get angry?"
There are some older people there too.

GAH, why am I so stupid at times

It wasn't "stupid"... It was an honest mistake (IMHO) if anyone says anything, simply apologize~or "I thought about waking people up RIGHT after I sent that message".

I've done similar things- because if I don't do something when I think of it... I often forget to do it at all.

Is it possible you're being a smidge hard on yourself?

I'm sorry you're having anxiety about this. What's done is done! If it woke someone, they probably got over it right away and went back to sleep. If someone is upset about it, it's their own fault for having their alerts on while they're sleeping. Easy adjustment and laugh though, if someone tries to bug you over it.
