Has anyone ever experienced constant anxious butterflies in their stomach for days that you just can't get rid of?

My depression and anxiety have been really bad lately, and I am getting more and more anxious about my depression because I panic that I'll end up back where I was before, psych ward or worse. It gets so bad my heart pounds and I feel like I could physically throw up I just want to crawl out of my body.

Trying to distract myself seems to be the only thing that helps, although that is extremely difficult!

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I've never had butterflies for days. Just for a day or so. Do you think you can talk to your pdoc without going IP. I'm sorry I don't have any advice but you're not alone. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Have you asked a pdoc for an anti-anxiety medication? Or an anti-depressant? Those may help you with the physical symptoms. Also talk to a therapist to get to the root of what's happening with you.
