Is not being able to breathe, chocking sensation and hard or unable to swallow a symptom of anxiety?

Not being able to breath is for me (when I have a panic attack-it's been a while)--never experienced the others in association with anxiety. But our mind can effect us in all sorts of ways....

Yep, same here. Not being able to breath is one of my signs. Haven't experienced the others.

It can be. Are you having racing thoughts or thoughts of dread?

I get all of those symptoms you described. I've had them non-stop since yesterday. I'm sorry that you have to work with that girl.

Can be yes...
Think of it like this ... When you wake up from a terrifying nightmare... What kind of physical symptoms do you have in the immediate moment?

That's not saying that's exactly how it feels ... but it gives a good idea of the symptoms - then you stretch those symptoms out for a longer period of time, rather than just a few seconds or a couple minutes... Plus you may have added symptoms too...
Thanks for this!
