I am happy to announce last night was night #3 sleeping without the help of Trazadone......
I have trouble sleeping, not because I'm not tired..(I always am) but becasue my brain won't stop worrying about EVERYTHING!!!

I like the trazadone, but think I was relying on it too much...so I tried to sleep without it, and it worked!

Does anyone else ever get the feeling things have been soo good that your afraid somethings going to happen or one day your going to wake up and be back down in the pit?

3 nights sleep!!

Congrats on doing it without meds!

It's kind of like waiting for the other shoe to drop, isn't it? You go around holding your breath because you just know it's going to happen and everything will fall apart.

I do that all the time. In my case, it usually does. I try to get things fixed up before it happens so it has the least effect on my life.

Hang in there about the sleeping. You can do whatever you set your mind to do.

I feel that way too sometimes. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety and some food issues and it can be really hard. It seems like as soon as I get things a little more together and I start to feel happy and less nervous things start to fall apart. And then I have some really bad days and I have to start over again. I can be really hard and I hate it but I know I have to do it. We can both do it! I know that if I don't try then there is no way for things to get better. Hang in there! Good Luck!
