My anxiety has been so bad that I think everyone is trying to control or against me. But really a dear friend trying to guide me constantly that anything I say in small talk she challenges, pretty much everything. Well drank too much and totally flipped out her. Now feel even worse and more anxiety. My friend will never forgive me. But am I valid for my feelings? Just soooo confused.

Hello. Welcome to PC. Your feelings were valid but maybe you could have told her in a more diplomatic way. Are the two of you still talking? Can you talk it out? Sending big hugs.

Hi, lostandloathing, and welcome to Psych Central! Have you brought this up with your doctor? Sounds like you need help with such strong anxiety.
