I had a massive PA at work and was too bad to stay afterwards, now I'm dreading going back Monday. I just keep playing scenarios in my head over and over about what is going to be said. It was in front of my manager, boss and office staff. I have been put on Valium to help me get through but I'm so sick to my stomach.

That would be a bit awkward. I suggest you just try to act like nothing happened, unless they say something. Was it related to something at work, though?
Thanks for this!

This happened to my friend’s aunt. We didn’t think anything of it, really! She got checked out medically, and they didn’t find anything. Just think if it happened to someone else, would you think much about it? Probably not. People think about themselves mostly. Not so much about other people.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry this happened to you. I agree with Travelinglady. Act as if nothing happened. You may be uncomfortable at first but it will pass. Sending big hugs. ((((hugs)))).
Thanks for this!

Oh that must be scary. I wouldn't bring up unless they ask. If they do just tell them you've gone to the doctor and are looking into it.
