I get these racing thoughts and visions in my head alot due to my anxiety, meds, etc. I was just wondering if anyone else here that has chronic anxiety have them as well. And what are they like for you? Feel free to PM me if you'd like.

I used to get them in the middle of the night... like pictures going through my head at a mile a minute with no end in sight. It is difficult. I don't get it too often anymore though. I think my meds have helped. Now it only happens when I have a lot going on that is making my anxiety worse than normal. Hope it gets better for you! It can be so frustrating!

I get those thoughts when I forget to take my meds. I was diagnosed with anxiety and schizophrenia...I hope you can find a med that helps.
