The last couple days I have been having this feeling of depersonalization. It lasts for maybe ten minutes a time, and I feel super strange during it. It occurs 3+ times per days since it started. I was reading online about it, and I do not think it has developed into full blown depersonalization disorder, but it does bother me. I feel like I'm disconnected from my brain and body.

I recently had my dosage of Risperidone lowered, and Seroquel was added to my prescriptions about a week and a half ago. So I was wondering if my heightened anxiety is a result of the Seroquel kicking in, or a combination of my Risperidone being lowered as well as the Seroquel? My anxiety has been getting worse, and my next Psychiatrist appointment is in ten days. Has anyone else dealt with anything similar to this? Thanks

I am leaning towards my current symptoms being a result of my Risperidone being cut down by 50% instantly instead of being tapered by 10% every 2-4 weeks as recommended. Some of the withdrawal symptoms line up with what I am experiencing; depersonalization, anxiety, appetite changes, confusion.
