Great thread!

I'm currently reading destressify.

I will look through my anxiety books on Kindle and try to find ones that I think may be helpful.

who's the author of destressify? Are you finding it helpful?

i've recently ordered The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks after doing some research. supposed to be a great book to learn how to deal with fear. i'm getting it tomorrow. cant wait to start reading it.

I’m reading (again) a book about CBT. It’s old school but CBT helps with my anxiety. I just got through with a DBT workbook. It helps as well.
