i cant stop the worry! i cant stop waking up in the middle of the night with thoughts going over and over and over in my mind! i cant stop the worrying!!!!!! i sometimes feel like my medicine isnt working at all! i feel like i need to rip my chest open to let it all out!

I've been there. Talk to your doc... it could be medicinal or it could be situational. My doc told me that sometimes when we have a lot of personal stuff going on that would stress anyone else, the chemical reactions to that stress can lessen the effect of the meds.

BTW - I love your avitar thingy!!! Is that supposed to be a gecko? I am obsessed with geckos... I've had pet gecko's since I was 11 and my room is full of gecko "stuff" and I wear a golden gecko pendant on my necklace!

really??? i didnt realize that my extra stress could ne lessening the effects of the medicine!!!!

and yes i think it is a gecko!!!! i am not sure but i love it!!!

This article says to stay asleep and that worry can be a "useless accompaniment" (epiphenomenon) to sleeplessness!

i have an appointment with my doctor but it isnt until the 6th!

Does anything like Benadryl help? I take a children's chewable Benadryl and I have a heck of a time waking to pee even :-)
