Does anyone find that when you are feeling very anxious you get more done? I find this myself when I may shake with fear at confronting certain situations but I am also very very productive at these times! I guess there is a good side to anxiety?! My anxiety is especially high at the moment as I have been off my meds for a few days. When people approach me and start a conversation I shake but these last few days I have really been stepping my work up a notch and organising my life in a very positive way. I am confused as I don't know if this is good....

If I do physical labor, I get more done. With mental work, not so much.
Thanks for this!
