Hi sometimes randomly I'll have a sudden lightheadedness like I fell out of my body I'm really scared about this could it just be vertigo or what?

Hi. I don't know what vertigo feels like but I've heard other people describe it and, yes, it could be vertigo. The doctor might be the best way to determine whether it is or not, though. All the best.
