My mind is racing, but there's no reason for it. At least I don't think so, it doesn't feel like. It just feels like it's trying to find something to worry about.
The only thing that I'm kind of worried about is my mom snooping through my room more*i don't really have anything to hide, just personal stories that I had wrote that are private*
Can my brain not right now? I need sleep.

I wish to tell you not to be so hard on yourself. You are being perfectly normal.

But I will also say your anxiety is understandable. From what you have said the observation of privacy is lacking. Yeah, I would be anxious too. Have you considered that your mom is acting out of her own anxiety. Mind you snooping around isn't right, but perhaps consider her own emotions why. Is it possible she loves and worries you a great deal.

Perhaps this is a reason to strike up a dialogue with her - especially if communication is lacking. Relay to her your concerns. She may relay her own back. The two of you may be able to concede and come up with a solution in the middle ground.

Call me a strict mother but my rule was that, while I wouldn't enter my children's rooms I demanded their doors remain open (unless sleeping of course).
