6 weird signs you're way too stressed out - Health - Mental health | NBC News
My anxiety level's been through the roof lately and I've started to experience daily nosebleeds as a result. I definitely think there's a connection between high stress levels (high blood pressure) and nosebleeds. Anyone else experience stress-induced nosebleeds? |

One of my sons, whom needs testing for and it's been suggested of him from a couple places(school and a couselor) as having anxiety does get nosebleeds. Has had nosebleeds most of his life. So, to answer, yes I know someone who gets them under stress.

I hope your son will be ok.
It's weird how our bodies respond to our emotional state. I have a friend who coughs when she gets anxious, and another friend who sneezes when she is nervous. Me? Now I know that my response to high stress levels is a nosebleed. Kind of scary, but oh well, that's how my body responds to stress. |
