Okay, I am sure this has been asked before, but does the weather, especially the barometric pressure and moon phases effect anyone?
The pressure here today is 29.78 and for the first time in days I feel panicky and like I could just shatter. Yes, I've already taken my medicine and it's not kicking in today like it normally does. (Ativan 1mg.)

I don't feel depressed, just jittery, panicky and like I could fly apart any moment.
Thanks.
Yakmom

Oh, yes. The weather very much affects me. So does the light changing throughout the day.
Thanks for this!

Personally, I thrive off the cold and the dreary weather. I'm at my peak of creativity and energy when it's cold, snowy, rainy, cloudy, etc.

I feel sad and even depressed sometimes when I see the sun out or a clear sky.
