A few years back someone said they had a fear they were already dead and occasionally that fear will come up with me. Mainly its if im being ignored by several people say in a doctors office or such. Sometimes I think what if after you die everything just stays the same really but that doesnt make total sense idk

you are not dead. others are not ignoring you, however they are not giving you the attention you want or need, which is unfortunate but it happens often.
you are not dead. your perception, however, needs alteration. I strongly suggest that you revisit your thinking patterns and perception....
