I'm having a bad panic attack my nose is stuffed and I was about to fall asleep when I woke up and then got anxiety then went and took my propranolol and hydroxyzine but I'm scared that the hydroxyzine will relax my throat muscles and I won't be able to breathe
And I'm lightheaded and scared

If you did not take more than the recommended dose--you are probably going to be just fine. Maybe try finding a relaxing program on TV like Nature on PBS or Blue Planet on Netflix to help you fall asleep?

Can you sit up and read for a while? This should allow the anxiety to dissipate a bit & might assist in declogging your nose. When you try sleeping again, try elevating your head with an extra pillow or 2 - this may help with keeping the airways clear.
