So for the past 4 weeks I have bee having what I felt were heart palpitations or irregular heart beats. I never had any anxiety manifest itself that way nor did I feel like I was anxious about anything.

I went to the walk in clinic, got an EKG, was referred to a Cardiologist because of Arrhythmia PVS's. Of course I read up about it and anxiety is a major cause of them.

I have the cardiology appointment this Thursday morning but want to cancel it because I do not feel them like I did last week. I do not want to waste anyones time because of anxiety and not a real cardiac issue.

I am on the fence about canceling.

......and my T asked me if I ever thought about taking CBD. I did not even know what that was so I had to google it. I still do not understand how I get it.

Looking for safety, protection, being cherished and loved can often be normal unmet needs in childhood, and the survivor searches for these in other adults. This can be where survivors search for mother and father figures. Transference issues in counseling can occur and this is normal for childhood abuse survivors.

Ah, I’ve done this. I had an abnormal EKG. It turns out they hooked me up incorrectly.

I went through a lot of testing and they found two things: a very slight arrhythmia and sleep apnea.

I ended up with a cpap. On the arrhythmia, the cardiologist just said to come back if I faint.

Well, if you don’t feel like going, you can always reschedule.

If you’re going to worry, just go ahead and go.

I don’t know anything about CBD...
