My experience has been that when I have nothing to do, time tends to hang heavy. The best remedy for me is to get busy.

I have the opposite problem. i lose time, and it is getting worse. I find myself staring into space, and 15 minutes have passed, or an hour. I missed a flight this week for the first time in 30 years and I don't know how. This is depression I think, but then comes the panic and fear!
