I've been sitting down all day it's been a minute since I've posted but my legs are hurting after sitting down most of the day I got up like every hour so 2 hours but am still worried are bloodclots common in kids who are overweight

Hi. I don't know how common blood clots are in kids but they're not something I hear people talking about everyday, so based on that I don't think they're very common in kids. But, 1] I'm not a doctor, and 2] it's good that you get up every hour or so, great, but try going for walks as well, get the blood flowing and circulating in your legs. Something tells me that will help alleviate the pains you've been getting. All the best, you're doing well.
