I am so scared of moving because I am afraid of falling due to my bad back and my head from surgery I do use a walker and wheelchair and I have a medic alert necklace but I am scared that I will hit my head.. I am so tired of living in pain and in fear. The pain never ends and I missing out on life I am so tired I really am I just wanna be free!!

I would take it slow. Don't try to rush it. Do you have a family member or friend that you trust that could be around when you do try to take your first steps? Fear is a nasty thing that we cannot let run our lives. Hope this helps!

do you have people come to check on you, or do you have emergency numbers you can call??

a plan in place?

if you did move, and you did fall, do you know what you would do

maybe an idea is, if their is a room you spend a lot of time in, you can get someone round to help you gather up all the things you might need to pass the day, and then take you in to that room to limit movement for you. all the things you would need would be in easy reach
Thanks for this!
