Has anyone read it? Is this book any good? I'm referring to the one Dr. Edmund Bourne.

I haven't but does look like an interesting read. I like the fact that it highlights going beyond the basic in a holistic approach. Seems reasonable and reality based, in the sense that as someone that does live with an anxiety disorder that can seemingly come out of nowhere, dealing with it can go beyond the basics of breathing or rational thinking.
Hope you find it helpful. Keep us posted. ![]() |

I have one by Knaus from Amazon. It is based on cognitive therapy. Overall, I like the structure you get from workbooks. I have the workbook for bipolar2 also.
