and it ended up in the hands of the wrong person
in short I was complaining about something that this company do, and the manager of the branch near me (Annette), is someone I don't quite trust, but trying to build my trust with well, I decided, to be safe, I'd email head office and complain their (Annette, though a nice woman, doesn't really take complaints seriously) and now... who should be the first person to read my complaint but her. I thought by contacting head office, I'd be contacting like... the company in a different part of the country- butI'm not. now Annette deffenetly knows I don't trust her if she thinks I'm avoiding her and trying to complain to someone higher ugg going to have to explain |
