I haven't posted in the anxiety forum yet so a bit of background.

I generally suffer daily from anxiety and have done since I was younger. I also have bipolar which kind of plays most part of it.

I am going through some stuff at home and in my relationship and my anxiety is just through the roof. I'd say I have been walking around with a chronic 8/10 on the extreme scale. I'm exhausted, my mind is constantly racing, I have lost my motivation to work. I'm not sleeping and its making it worse. Colours are bright, my eyes hurt and everything seems loud and overwhelming.

Im working on these issues at home to get through this, but its going to take some time and a lot more pain. Someone said to me that if you are anxious you are living in the future, and I wholly agree in this case. I have just referred myself to counselling at work to see if I can have some extra support with this.

I dont know what I wanted out of this post I just wanted to get it all out in the open I suppose.
