is when you litirally stop.

I don't know if anyone gets this during a panic attack, but sometimes I get to a point where my breathing just isn't happening

it's not fast, it's not shallow, it's just..

not their

still concious and aware, just.... hard to explain really

I guess it's just like going on pause

everything just freezes

you know when you're I don't know... watching something and the power goes out, like that
scariest thing ever
