Started taking Setraline for anxiety. 50 mg. I take 1/2 pill in the am and 1/2 pill in the pm. The first two weeks I felt awful. But at about the 3 week mark the tightness in my throat and "heavy breathing" feeling had gone away for the most part. I'm on the 4th week and feeling OK except for one side effect. During intercourse with the wife it is hard to get to orgasm. I can get it up but just can't finish. I Googled this symptom and sure enough it is one of the side effects of taking setraline. Anyone else have this issue?

Perhaps even this one is just temporary... maybe your doctor knows more? I'd ask him
