Hello , I'm new here.I need to seek help somewhere and I think this is right place to be.
I had panic attacks 4,5,6th of Septeber, but it got "better".I don't feel panic attacks right now but my memory is loss.I litteraly can't remember what I did 20 minutes ago. Also I feel like I'm not me, like I'm not alive...I think my brain system is broken. Can it be because I were in bed at 2am and waking up at 9am for 2 years and now big change - I'm in bed at 11pm and I need to wake up at 6am ? I need answers fast because it's hard to live like this..Any help is appreciated.

Hello jessica: Since this is your first post here on PC, welcome to PsychCentral.

Of course the first thing you may want to do, if you haven't already, is to get yourself checked out medically. But assuming everything is okay in terms of your physical health, then you may need to consider the possibility the memory problems you're encountering are the result of stress and anxiety.

Here are links to 11 articles, from PsychCentral's archives, on the effects of stress on memory along with articles on how to manage stress & anxiety including one on how to halt & minimize panic attacks:
