Hello , I'm new here.I need to seek help somewhere and I think this is right place to be.
I had panic attacks 4,5,6th of Septeber, but it got "better".I don't feel panic attacks right now but my memory is loss.I litteraly can't remember what I did 20 minutes ago. Also I feel like I'm not me, like I'm not alive...I think my brain system is broken. Can it be because I were in bed at 2am and waking up at 9am for 2 years and now big change - I'm in bed at 11pm and I need to wake up at 6am ? I need answers fast because it's hard to live like this..Any help is appreciated. |
