I do not know if it can but it seems like a lots of times when I take them I do urine a lot.It is almost like taking a water pill.

Here's a link, listing water retention, not the opposite as a side effect. Not that that alone is set in stone by virtue of individuals react to their own physiological makeups where meds are concerned, in my opinion.

Have you tried reaching out to your pharmacist in case they have other knowledge of various side effects?
