I was trying to srudy a bit before bed. Alchool and sleeping pills are kiking in strong.
I dont measure myself. Ahah. I am not a drunk or adict but I could be one.
I better, insteat sleapiness, go Away and sleep. I can't stay awake much more time.
I am not proud of. My selve for being using this legal drugs.
But I riht it to remember I did it. And probably I would do it again.
I have been trying to find what for me isnt sufering.
Don't tell my sister.
I am going to a pdoc at first weeks of january.

Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with sometimes needing to escape as long as it's not a habit and not your only option on the list of considerations. Everyone has their way of doing it. Just please be in a safe place if you decide to do it like that again! (No one will tell your sister.)
