I had my neighbor over and we were arguing over a heated topic. I have been reading the godfather books and the don could reason with anyone and I tried to reason with her. It proved to be futile. Shortly after a felt this feeling in my brain. I felt nauseous and like I was going to die. I had to piss so I did. Then I laid down by the toilet and said my prayers. Shortly after I thought it was a seizure. I'm sure it was a panic attack. I wish this ringing in my ears would stop but hey. I can't complain. Anyone had or knows exactly what this is. Let me know please

Sounds like a Dr needs to evaluate. I hope you feel better.
