Just don’t feel comfortable with asking a question when sent an email without a response,, and feel like I’m emailing a question daily. I mean I don’t feel comfortable asking in person after I’ve emailed a question without a response for a few days. This causes anxiety.

I'm glad the weekend is approaching. I am hoping Saturday I'll rest and find a way to relax.

I had a panic attack today in the most inconvenient place at the most inopportune moment (if there ever is such a thing). At the time, I was in a situation where I was responsible for the safety of 6 people... And people I do not know personally. In the end, everything was fine, but it doesn't take away the stuff I'm feeling right now about it.

yesterday I was sitting watching family guy wondering.. am I going death?
the volume on the remote was high, but it seemed that the characters were talking very quietly (not like from behind a door or anything, just not very loud) as the episode progressed, and it got to the part where peter got in to a fight, I couldn't quite hear peter punching the other character (I could, but again, it was very quiet) my thoughts were interupted at the end of the episode, when the lady blurted in my ear, and family guy returns next monday at 9PM, so I let it drop for a while that is until later I was playing a card game online and the card sound affects sounded like they were in a cave. I asked the players if anyone else was experiencing sound issues, but they wern't so it's something I'm going to look in to for sure tomorrow I am having one of those meetings (this time with someone worried about some stuff I said recently) I honestly don't want to see him. A because he's male, and B, I honestly don't want my mind changed on it and I have a feeling that's what he's going to try to do |

My Anxiety is usually in overdrive.Always go to worst case scenario. The only way that I can deal with it is to tell myself that just for today, I’m not going to worry about anything.I’ll worry tomorrow or next week.I have a “worry quota” , when things get to be too much, then I shut (the anxious thoughts) down for a while.

Feeling rather hopeless today because of legitimate worries about my family. Only my drugs are keeping me from going under. Are they a blessing or a curse?

last night I posted a thread on here and I really wished that I hadon't
all night I worried about the responses I'd get, and wanted nothing more than to come on here and delete it but I've just gone back to the thread in question and everything's fine I also found out today (through someone else) that the first bees of the season have been flying around as I'm alergic, now's the time to start being careful (though it does seem early this year) |

I was in the car for a long time today which was giving me the heebie jeebies. I kept looking at the ETA on on the GPS every minute or so and the time was just going so slowly. I swear my last 40 minutes at work today went faster then the last 40 minutes of my car ride.

yesterday I spent the entire night sitting by the open window wondering if their was going to be a fire
I heard someone say the word fire, and all night I thought one was going to happen (I didn't ask what they meant by it) it didn't happen though which was a good thing today I was slightly concerned because my bathroom floor was rather wet, turned out however it was just the shower dripping- not the flood I thought was happening |

I am waiting to here back from someone.
tomorrow she wants to take me bowling (I don't particularly want to go bowling), the problem is anyway that to go bowling, you need to wear socks and since I don't have any, I am waiting to here if she's found some and I have never worn socks in my life even if I do end up going bowling it will be fritening for me to wear socks I dunno what they are (or I do, just don't know what they'd feel like on me) |

My anxiety is pretty bad today. I had 10oz of hot coffee and then a Mountain Dew. The coffee is also causing bad heartburn that isn’t going away with antacids. It feels like I'm going to throw up and also like I have an ulcer.

I haven't checked in for a while. I suppose I should get in the habit of doing so when times are good not just bad.
I have concerns about my father's health (80yrs). He informed me days ago he was of ill health but that his problems (too long to describe) are treatable. Despite that though I have been given thought to my dad's mortality. These are not pleasant thoughts to have; basically, what do we do when the end comes? Ghastly thoughts but thoughts that are needed all the same. I knew he had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon. I just tried calling him and could not make contact. So I called his girlfriend and she said they were at the hospital, and in rather cryptic fashion said, "they were where they needed to be." She then said she'd call me once they found out what was going on. Click - and there was no opportunity to ask her just what she meant. Now, this could all be perfectly simple. Perhaps Dad is there for another appointment I was not aware of, but my mind is leaping to more concerning conclusions. So here I sit in a bit of a worried panic mulling over the implications of what she said. |
