I have a trip coming up at the beginning of February. It involves several flights, and I have major, MAJOR anxiety when it comes to airport security. I am going with two friends of my mind and keep thinking about going through security and being so anxious about going into a possible anxiety attack.

I have an anxiety disorder and PTSD among other things, is there any tricks to help me get through security at the airport. I have anxiety meds, but they make me drowsy.

Definitely could use some help. Thanks in advance!
