Its been months to years since I've had a good night's sleep . I'm waking up feeling like I can't breathe as if I've been running and running and my hart racing. I've tried to explain to my pysh but all he does is push more and more pills. I can't find anyone else as I have no insurance. My dad doesn't understand whom I live with . My boyfriend doesn't understand either . Neither have sleep issues . I'm terrified of having hart issues , I'm over weight as well. I just want to sleep. I'm at my with end.

When you wake up after sleeping 6-8 hours do you feel exhausted and if yes, have you had a sleep study done as could possibly be sleep apnea. If you do have this then may recommend something to help you breathe easier such as CPAP machine and then should be able to wake up feeling more rested and likely feel less out of breath.

I don't think I've got 8 hours of sleep in years. Anyway I did have dr appointment to talk to the dr about getting a sleep study but had to cancel because I had no way to get to it ( I don't have my driver's license) I've been meaning to see if I can reschedule .
